Bundle up, grab a cup of coffee and come see us this morning! We will be at Coppell Farmers Market and Austin Barton Creek. If you are going to someone's house for dinner tonight, bring them something other than a bottle of wine. Something they can't get anywhere else around.....a loaf of our Pain au levain!

After seven years of painfully hard work, Clint is still doing his passion....baking bread while at the same time he and Kim are raising their four children who love to get their hands in some dough at the bakery as well as tear into a good hard crusty open crumb baguette at very early ages. They enjoy going to the local farmers markets as a family to support their love for farm to table food as well as to provide locals with the freshest baked bread and pastries in the area.
