We search for the very best hard white winter wheat flour from farmers across the Great Plains. From mixing the ingredients to baking, our breads are handcrafted by artisans obsessed with quality. Clint & Kim Cooper started the Village Baking Co. in March 2004. They opened up their little bakery on a dime & a dream. After seven years of painfully hard work, Clint is still doing his passion....baking bread while at the same time he and Kim are raising their four children who love to get their hands in some dough at the bakery as well as tear into a good hard crusty open crumb baguette at very early ages. They enjoy going to the local farmers markets as a family to support their love for farm to table food as well as to provide locals with the freshest baked bread and pastries in the area.
